During their stay, guests will have free internet access.

The resort features a 24-hour front desk, a concierge, and a chapel. Guests can also take advantage of the pool and breakfast, which have made this property one of the most requested by travelers visiting Palm / Eagle Beach.

Suppose you are looking for a sushi restaurant. Why not try Azia Restaurant & Lounge, Omakase Sushi Bar, or The Lobby at Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, not far from the Aruban Resort.

Aruba La Cabana is ideally located for discovering many of Palm / Eagle Beach's fantastic attractions, such as The Antilla and Old Dutch Windmill, famous historical sites.

At Eagle Beach Resort Aruba, you are a stone's throw from the best that Eagle Beach has to offer. You will have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Family-friendly hotel with some resort-style amenities and features - plus tropical gardens on the jetted tubs. From the small entrance through a parking lot and after a Dunkin 'Donuts, it's hard to tell how sprawling the resort is Aruba Vacation Deals. It consists of four towers housing 362 rooms. With human-made rock walls and waterfalls, two large pools meander through the grounds, which are well maintained and planted with palm trees. You can see the ocean from a few spots on the property. Many guests return year after year, especially families who want low rates near the beach and don't want to book all-inclusive rates. Please note that guests are required to wear a bracelet.

Location

In the Cheap Aruba Vacations Rise hotel zone, a five-minute walk from Eagle Beach. Tropicana Resort and Casino is located directly behind La Cabana Resort in Aruba's safe and touristy Low Rise hotel zone. It is about a five-minute walk from beautiful Eagle Beach, lined with vivid trees, and is easily accessible from both of the island's main roads. The area has a good restaurant choice (like Passions on the beach's romantic sand dinner service), bars, beach bars, and a few casinos. There is also a supermarket and home improvement store with a cafe inside and a bank ATM just over the main road at the rear of the hotel. Several restaurants, shops, bars, and tour operators popping out of spots are just five minutes north in the High Rise hotel zone. Queen Beatrix International Airport is approximately 15 minutes south along LG Smith Boulevard.

Rooms

Mix contemporary units with more affordable kitchens and dated units. As of our visit in 2018, most of Tropicana's 362 spacious rooms have undergone a significant refurbishment, though some have been refurbished with fresh paint, bedding, and flat-screen TVs. Standard King Rooms offer a contemporary look and are equipped with two flat-screen TVs, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, small stove, furnished balcony, and a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed. Some rooms offer a laundry service. The non-renovated rooms are still charming, the furnishings and tiled floors look dated. All units have separate living and dining areas, private outdoor space overlooking the pool or courtyard, and high ceilings. Some rooms may have a musty smell from years of condensation and faulty air conditioning. The bathrooms in the unrenovated room show most of the ages with green plastic moldings with foam and pink and signature "La Cabana" shower/tub combinations. Keep in mind that Wi-Fi costs extra in rooms that have a signal.

Features

Two swimming pools, two restaurants, a small spa, and a casino.

The Tropicana offers all resort-style features except beach access. Both Tropicana restaurants, Pizza Bob's and Double Down, have a room service option. However, if you want something from the mini-market or on-site Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins store, you'll have to head to the lobby and grab it yourself. Since the rooms are filled with self-catering equipment, jumping across the street to grab ingredients from the local Superfoods.

The large 150-foot-long slide that makes its way into the pool north of the resort is a big draw for families Aruba Vacation Rent. This pool area also has a dedicated shallow kiddie pool, a large shady palapa hut with a scattering of plastic lounge chairs, an adults-only hot tub, and a Bikini swim-up bar. Guests of the Bikini's poolside bar can enjoy live music on weekends, happy two hours a day, and sit in the water or on the deck. At the other end of the resort, the hotel's second pool swaps the waterslide and bar for a large rock waterfall and small spa, making for a much more relaxed and less boisterous vibe.

Other property features include a full casino with slot machines, gaming tables, and plenty of flat-screen TVs for sporting events. For relaxation, there's a small but efficient spa with head-to-toe treatment options. There is a multi-court area for beach tennis with a plastic children's playground outside the parking lot. There is no dedicated lobby, although an outdoor (but covered) lounge area with upholstered wicker furniture lines the entrance path to the hotel. Inside the reception, there is a direct dial telephone for AVIS car rental (a real desk is in front of La Cabana) and a concierge desk where you can also print boarding passes.

Guests must purchase an internet card at the front desk or stick to the lobby or Bikini's bar for free Wi-Fi - either way, service isn't guaranteed. There is plenty of free parking surrounding half of the property.
